Technical Advice

We can do so much more for those who can use the internet. This guide is full of “links” which will take you immediately to wonderful resources. If you are internet savvy, you know what we’re talking about. For those of you who don’t know what you’re missing, let me give you a quick quiz. Can you set-up an online account with Uber, Lyft, Amazon and Netflix? Can you visit with your children, grandchildren and friends with Skype or Zoom? Can you order dinner delivered to your home from dozens of restaurants online? Can you get your prescriptions filled and delivered using the internet? Can you use your computer to have private communicate with you doctor? Can you order groceries delivered to your home from several local stores? Are you able to live stream our Sunday worship services? Are you aware that most of these activities can be done from a smart phone? We don’t want anyone to miss out on nourishing relationships, practical stay at home shopping, spiritual fellowship or enriching education. When we are told to shelter-in-place, our life experience can shrink. We want your life to expand due to a new ministry. Soon we will have a team of technical advisers to coach you in digital discoveries. Call or email our Care Ministry. Let us know you are interested in receiving such help. Or, if you are interested in providing such help contact us. See next page for contact guide.
