Self-Care and Mutual-Care in the Virus Crisis (letter from Arvin Engelson, Pastor of Care and Counseling, SFC)

When life is difficult, we are compelled to grow, find courage, accept change, learn new skills, and relate to God in fresh ways. When trials afflict our entire community, we are required to nourish existing relationships and serve new ones.

Today, we all are experiencing this reality. Our church excels at mutual care and love for our neighbors. This virus crisis is now asking us to also feature active self-care.

This guide is provided to aid your practice of self-care and mutual-care. Page two is a table of contents for your easy location of resources. It will be posted on our website where it can be improved and updated.
